Each capsule contains: Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract equivalent to dry 2 g, Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian ginseng) root & rhizome extract equivalent to dry 1.5 g, Rehmannia glutinosa (Rehmannia) root extract equivalent to dry 2 g, calcium pantothenate 150 mg (equiv. vitamin B5 137 mg), ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100 mg, zinc citrate dihydrate 31 mg (equiv. zinc 10 mg); excipients such as vegetable capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica.
