Each tablet contains: Magnesium (as magnesium aspartate) 46.5 mg; Magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 46.5 mg; Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root dry extract 50 mg; Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) herb dry extract 50 mg; Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf dry extract 40 mg; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 1 mg; Nicotinamide 10 mg; Calcium pantothenate 3.98 mg; Thiamine hydrochloride 3 mg; Riboflavin 3.4 mg; Biotin 0.15 mg; Calcium folinate 0.12 mg; Methylcobalamin 0.002 mg; excipients.
