B Minus 100 Capsules

B-Minus provides six essential B vitamins in bioavailable forms while intentionally excluding folate and vitamin B12 to allow precise control of methylation inputs. This structure is used in clinical practice when individualised dosing of methyl donors is required, or when methylated nutrients are not well tolerated.

By delivering thiamine, riboflavin-5-phosphate, niacin, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, biotin and pantothenic acid in targeted therapeutic amounts, the formula supports cellular energy production, neurotransmitter synthesis and metabolic activity while keeping folate and B12 pathways independently adjustable within a structured nutritional protocol.

Each capsule contains thiamin (vitamin B1 as thiamin HCl) 50 mg, riboflavin (vitamin B2 as riboflavin-5′-phosphate sodium) 20 mg, niacin (as niacinamide) 190 mg NE, vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 20 mg, biotin 400 µg, pantothenic acid (as calcium D-pantothenate) 150 mg, inositol 50 mg, and choline (as choline bitartrate) 20 mg; excipients include vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose, and L-leucine.

Adults: 1 capsule daily with food,
