Biomedica Bioactivated B 60 Capsules is a practitioner-formulated B-complex providing bioavailable, co-enzyme forms of B vitamins to support energy metabolism, nervous system function and normal physiological processes when taken as directed.*

Per capsule: Thiamine (as thiamine pyrophosphate) 25 mg, riboflavin-5′-phosphate sodium 10 mg, pyridoxal-5′-phosphate 10 mg, methylcobalamin 500 mcg, niacinamide 20 mg, folate (as L-methylfolate) 400 mcg, biotin 150 mcg; excipients include vegetable capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silica.

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.*
