Each sachet contains: Magnesium citrate 400 mg (equiv. Magnesium 65.6 mg); Potassium citrate 260 mg (equiv. Potassium 60 mg); Citric acid; natural flavouring; sweetener; excipients.

Adults: Mix 1 sachet (1 level scoop included) in 200–300 mL of water daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. Stir until dissolved and consume immediately.*
