Excipients: Acacia, ascorbyl palmitate, beta-tocopherol, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, delta-tocopherol, dl-alpha-tocopherol, gamma-tocopherol, hypromellose, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, maize starch, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinised rice starch, sodium ascorbate, sucrose, tapioca starch.

Dosage

Adults: Take 1–2 tablets daily with meals, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings
  • Contains vitamin A. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your healthcare practitioner.
  • Vitamin A can cause birth defects if taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents.
  • The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
  • Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
  • Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
