Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 200 mg.Arthrospira platensis(spirulina) 100 mg. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate (P5P) 24.6 mg, equivalent to 15 mg pyridoxine. Beta-carotene (carotenoids) 2.7 mg, equivalent to 450 µg retinol equivalents (Vitamin A RE). Cupric citrate 554.4 µg, equivalent to 200 µg elemental copper. Levomefolate calcium (activated folate) 250 µg, equivalent to 230.9 µg levomefolic acid. Co-methylcobalamin (Vitamin B₁₂) 250 µg.
