Dosage
Children 2–4 years: Add ½ metric teaspoon (1.75 g) to 50 mL of water or juice, twice daily.
Children 5–12 years: Add 1 metric teaspoon (3.5 g) to 100 mL of water or juice, twice daily.

Warnings

- Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 µg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Contains vitamin B6. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness and consult your healthcare practitioner.
- Contains 52 mg of potassium per 7 g dose.
Allergen Information
- Free from animal products, dairy protein, lactose, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, yeast, and soy protein.
- Free from artificial colours and flavours.
- Sweetened with steviol glycosides (natural sweetener).
- Naturally coloured with anthocyanins derived from black carrot extract. When mixed with water, the colour may change from blue to dark red due to natural pH reactions.
