Orthoplex Glycine 250 g provides a pure amino acid powder designed to support nervous system balance, neurotransmitter function and cellular stability. Glycine is a conditionally essential amino acid that assists with inhibitory neurotransmission, muscle relaxation and normal metabolic processes when taken as directed.*

Each 5 g scoop contains: Glycine 5 g; natural flavouring; excipients.

Adults: Mix one level scoop (approx. 5 g) in 200–300 mL of water or beverage once or twice daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. Stir until dissolved and consume immediately.*
