HistaminX provides a targeted blend of plant flavonoids, proteolytic enzyme activity and glucoraphanin to support balanced histamine signalling at the cellular level. Quercetin, luteolin and rutin act as bioactive polyphenols that assist mast-cell stability and healthy inflammatory regulation, while stinging nettle offers traditional support for mucosal and respiratory comfort.

Bromelain enhances flavonoid absorption and contributes to coordinated immune and inflammatory responses, and glucoraphanin supplies a precursor for sulforaphane to support detoxification and cellular resilience. This formulation is used in structured protocols where histamine activity is driven by immune reactivity rather than reduced DAO enzyme function.
