Orthoplex L-Histidine 70 g is a practitioner-formulated amino acid powder designed to support nervous system balance, tissue repair pathways and metabolic function. L-histidine is a conditionally essential amino acid that assists neural and cellular processes when taken as directed.*

Each 2 g scoop contains: L-histidine 2 g; natural flavouring; excipients.

Adults: Mix one level scoop (approx. 2 g) in 200–300 mL of water or beverage once or twice daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. Stir until dissolved and consume immediately.*
