Add 7 drops to 1 pint (≈500 ml) of milk and refrigerate for 24 hours before use.
For greater lactose reduction, refrigerate for 48 hours or increase the number of drops.
Alternatively, add 7 drops directly to dairy immediately before consumption,
or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.
