Magnesium Malate Powder provides 500 mg of elemental magnesium per serving as Albion® di-magnesium malate, a highly bioavailable form bound to malic acid to support efficient intracellular delivery. Malate is a key intermediate in the Krebs cycle, the central pathway responsible for ATP production, making this form particularly suitable for individuals with increased energy demand or fatigue-related states.

Magnesium acts as a co-factor in hundreds of enzymatic reactions involved in neuromuscular function, glucose metabolism, protein synthesis and electrolyte balance.
