Ingredients

Each tablet contains:Actaea racemosa(black cohosh) extract 3.1 mg, providing 77 µg triterpene glycosides and equivalent to 20 mg dry rhizome. Oligopin®Pinus pinaster(maritime pine) extract 15 mg, providing 9.75 mg procyanidins and equivalent to 15 mg dry outer stem bark.Ziziphus jujubavar.spinosa(zizyphus) extract 171.4 mg, equivalent to 3 g dry seed.Lepidium meyenii(maca) extract 150 mg, equivalent to 1.5 g dry tuber.Salvia officinalis(sage) extract 272.7 mg, providing 4.1 mg thujone and equivalent to 1.5 g dry leaf.

Directions

Take 1 tablet twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
