Riboflavin 60 Capsules

Riboflavin provides 400 mg of vitamin B2 per capsule as a combination of riboflavin and riboflavin-5-phosphate (R-5-P), the biologically active co-enzyme form required for flavoprotein-dependent reactions throughout the body. This dual-form structure supports individuals who have difficulty converting riboflavin into its active state and require direct metabolic availability.

Vitamin B2 is a central co-factor for energy production, homocysteine metabolism, neurotransmitter activity and glutathione recycling. It is required for the activation of other B-vitamins and for normal function of enzymes involved in mitochondrial ATP generation and antioxidant defence.

In clinical protocols, high-dose riboflavin is used where increased demand exists for methylation support, redox balance, neurological function and sustained cellular energy.
