Each 10 g scoop contains: Targeted amino acid matrix including L-glutamine, L-glycine, L-proline, collagen peptides and supporting cofactors; natural flavouring; excipients.

Adults: Mix one level scoop (approx. 10 g) in 200–300 mL of water or beverage once or twice daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. Stir until dissolved and consume immediately.*
