Retinol acetate (Vitamin A) 215 μg (equiv. to 187 μg retinol equivalents)
Selenomethionine (Selenium) 15.63 μg (equiv. to 6.25 μg selenium)
Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 6.2 μg (equiv. to 250 IU vitamin D3)
Dosage

Adults: Take 1 tablet 1 to 4 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings
  • Contains soy.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare professional before use.
  • Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for an extended period.
  • When taken in excess of 3000 μg retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 μg RE for women and 900 μg RE for men.
  • Contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses; a daily dose of 150 μg for adults from supplements should not be exceeded.
  • Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3–6 years, or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years.
  • If you have any pre-existing conditions or are on any medications, consult your healthcare professional before use.
