UM Calm is a practitioner-grade oral powder delivering 300 mg of highly bioavailable magnesium per 7.5 g dose, combined with choline, inositol, taurine, glycine, theanine and Lactium® to support neurotransmitter activity and healthy nervous system function. Alpha-casozepine (Lactium®) — 75 mg

Adults: Take 7.5 g (1 heaped scoop) once daily in 100 mL of water or juice, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
