Zinc Citrate P5P provides 35 mg elemental zinc combined with pyridoxal-5-phosphate (active B6), pyridoxine and magnesium to support immune system function, neurotransmitter synthesis and macronutrient metabolism. This multi-nutrient format is used in clinical practice where zinc status and vitamin B6-dependent pathways require simultaneous support, including nervous system function, cognitive performance and tissue repair. The single-dose daily protocol allows long-term physiological maintenance where dietary intake is inadequate.
