Zinc Citrate P5P Forte provides 50 mg elemental zinc combined with pyridoxal-5-phosphate (active B6), pyridoxine and magnesium to support immune system function, neurotransmitter synthesis and macronutrient metabolism. This higher-dose formulation is used in clinical practice where increased zinc demand or intensive vitamin B6-dependent pathway support is required, including cognitive function, antioxidant activity, protein synthesis and tissue repair. The once-daily protocol allows structured therapeutic repletion followed by long-term physiological maintenance.
