We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, delivering to business, residential, PO Box, and parcel locker addresses.

We do not ship on public holidays or weekends. Once shipped, we cannot cancel or change delivery instructions or addresses. Sanozi Natural will not be responsible for delays once Australia Post collects your order. All orders receive tracking via email.
When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within the stated handling time (1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed Monday to Friday will be processed accordingly.
While we strive to keep popular items readily available, there may be occasional delays if we need to restock from our suppliers. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend contacting us before placing it.
Temperature-Sensitive Products:
Probiotics and other temperature-sensitive items are only dispatched early in the week to minimise time in transit. These products are not shipped on Thursdays or the day before public holidays to avoid potential delays over weekends. This helps ensure product integrity upon arrival.
Order Verification:
In rare cases, an order may require manual verification before dispatch. This helps us maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for all customers. If verification is needed, dispatch may take up to 3–5 business days. We’ll contact you promptly if any information is required.

We now ship to select international destinations including the USA, New Zealand, Canada, the UK and more. If your country is available at checkout, it’s supported. If it doesn’t appear, please contact us before placing an order.
