Orthoplex L-Theanine 100 g is a practitioner-formulated amino acid powder designed to support nervous system balance, promote calm and assist cognitive relaxation. L-theanine is a naturally occurring amino acid that aids inhibitory neurotransmission and stress modulation when taken as directed.*

Each 2 g scoop contains: L-theanine 2 g; natural flavouring; excipients.

Adults: Mix one level scoop (approx. 2 g) in 200–300 mL of water or beverage once or twice daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. Stir until dissolved and consume immediately.*
