Order Cancellation

Before Processing: You can cancel any time before we pack and label your order. Contact us immediately. A 5% cancellation fee applies for changes of mind or ordering errors.
Please note: a 5% cancellation fee applies to help cover payment-processing costs. - After Processing: Once your order is packed and the postage label is printed, cancellations are no longer possible. This helps us ship your goodies as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds

If something isn't rightโor you change your mindโyou have 30 days from the date of purchase to start a return.
โ Eligibility
- Item damaged in transit
- Incorrect item received
- Change of mind or wrong product ordered
All returned items must be unopened, sealed, and in resalable condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

- Probiotics and prebiotics (even if unopened)
- Compounded or temperature-sensitive products
- Sale items, gift cards, or special orders
Please review your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
๐ฐ Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible change-of-mind returns, unless the product is faulty or we made the error. This fee covers inspection, admin, and repackaging costs.
๐ฆ Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you request an exchange, shipping fees will also apply to the replacement item.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. In rare cases, it may take up to 15 business days based on processing volume or bank delays.

Important: Please do not send returns without prior approval. Unauthorised parcels will not be processed or refunded. Avoid using "Return to Sender" as these items may be lost or returned unclaimed.
Stock Levels & Shipping Area
We currently ship within Australia only. Please ensure your delivery address is in Australia before placing your order.
- If we can't fulfil your order due to stock issues, we'll contact you immediately to offer a replacement, back-order option or full refund.
- All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of packing.
Correct Information
Please ensure that your phone, address, and email are accurate. Couriers may need to contact you on delivery day. We are only responsible for delivery if the details you provide are correct.
Note: Once an order ships, we cannot change or cancel it, nor update your contact details.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Please check with your credit card company, as it may take a few days to post.
- Contact your bank if the item is still missing.
