Order Cancellation

  • Before Processing: You can cancel any time before we pack and label your order. Contact us immediately. A 5% cancellation fee applies for changes of mind or ordering errors.
    Please note: a 5% cancellation fee applies to help cover payment-processing costs.
  • After Processing: Once your order is packed and the postage label printed, cancellations aren’t possible. This helps us ship your goodies as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window:
If something’s not right—or you change your mind—you have 30 days from purchase to start a return.

Eligibility:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect item received
  • Change of mind or wrong product ordered

All returns must be unopened, sealed and in resalable condition. For safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

⚠️ Exclusions:

Probiotics, prebiotics and compounded products are non-returnable—even if unopened. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns (unless due to our error or a defective item, subject to inspection). This fee covers all handling and processing costs.

Customer Postage:
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If you request an exchange, you’ll also cover postage for the replacement item.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days (and up to 15). Funds are returned to your original payment method.


Stock Levels & Shipping Area

We currently ship within Australia only. Please ensure your delivery address is in Australia before placing your order.

  • If we can’t fulfil your order due to stock issues, we’ll contact you immediately to offer a replacement, back-order option or full refund.
  • All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of packing.

Correct Information

Please ensure your phone number, address, and email are accurate at checkout. Couriers may need to contact you on the day of delivery.

We rely on the details you provide to ensure smooth delivery. We are only responsible for shipping to the information entered at checkout.

Important: Once your order has shipped, we cannot change or cancel it, or update your contact details.

Please keep your email subscription active to ensure we can reach you in the rare case of delays, out-of-stock items, or delivery issues.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Check with your credit card company—it can take a few days to post.
  3. Contact your bank if it’s still missing.
