Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 1,000 mg
Zinc (as zinc gluconate) 15 mg
Citrus bioflavonoids extract 100 mg

Other Ingredients: Natural citrus flavour, stevia, citric acid, maltodextrin, silica.

Dosage

Adults: Mix 1 level scoop (5g) into 200 mL of water or juice once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Stir well and consume immediately. Best taken with food.
